Sales agreement, product and pricing information
This store is operated by Hundikuu OÜ (registry code 16024847), located at Männi 15, Kambja, Tartu County, Estonia. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through hundikuu.com.
All prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Placing an order
To place an order, add the desired product to your cart and complete the required fields at checkout. The total amount due will be displayed before payment. We accept the following payment methods:

Apple Pay and Google Pay
PayPal
Payment is processed securely outside of this store — card payments via Stripe’s secure environment. Hundikuu OÃœ does not have access to your card or banking credentials. The purchase agreement becomes binding once payment has been received.
Hundikuu OÜ is the data controller and transmits only the personal data necessary for payment processing to our authorised payment processors.
If a product cannot be delivered due to technical or other unforeseen reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within 14 days of that notification.
Delivery
All products sold on hundikuu.com are digital — software licenses and other digital goods. No physical products are shipped.
After payment is confirmed, your license key and download link are displayed on the order confirmation page and sent automatically to your email address.
Digital products are available immediately after payment is received. If you have not received your license key or download link within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@hundikuu.com.
Software license terms
By purchasing a plugin license from Hundikuu, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of domains specified in your purchased plan (1 domain or 3 domains, including subdomains).
License period. Each license is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During the license period, you receive access to plugin updates and email support. After expiry, the plugin continues to function but no further updates or support are provided until the license is renewed.
Permitted use. You may install and use the plugin on your own websites or on websites you manage on behalf of clients, within the domain limit of your license.
Prohibited use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer the plugin or license key to any third party. You may not modify the plugin code for redistribution. Violation of these terms will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
Agencies and multi-site use. If you manage multiple client sites, each site requires its own license. Contact us at hello@hundikuu.com for agency and bulk pricing.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been made available immediately, where you have given prior consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
We offer a 14-day risk-free refund policy that ensures repayment of the amount committed during the purchase. It can be availed only for the initial payment made for an individual plugin. Refund policies shall be invalid for any subsequent, annual payment on the renewal of the plugin license. In the meantime, we would love to know any feedback from you to enhance our products for future stores.
Hundikuu OÜ reserves the right to cancel a transaction and revoke a license if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
Direct marketing and data processing
Personal data submitted during checkout is used solely for order processing and product delivery. We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing.
We will only send newsletters or promotional emails if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or following the unsubscribe link in any email.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at hello@hundikuu.com. We aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute directly, you may refer the matter to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.ee/en) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
