Main functions

Orders and invoices

A Merit Aktiva sales invoice is automatically created with a new order. You can define the order status in which the invoice will be created. Create credit notes for refunded and canceled invoices.

PDF invoice from Merit Aktiva

Merit Aktiva PDF invoice sending to the customer's email address. There is no need to create a separate PDF invoice module in the Woocommerce environment.

Invoice numbering

In the module, you can configure your own invoice numbering logic: preset options or numbering from another plugin. In addition, the solution conveniently allows you to use the invoice number instead of the system order number.

Automatic receipts

Not all accounts are directly integrated into Merit Aktiva? Automatic addition of receipts according to the payment method selected at the checkout. You choose what will be added automatically and what will not.

Two-way data exchange

You enter products through Merit Aktiva or Woocommerce – you can choose the solution that suits your company's workflow.

Inventory support

Inventory accounting – inventory from Merit Aktiva, automatic inventory update and inventory reduction with sales invoice. Can be configured on a product-by-product basis.

Secure data transmission

Company details immediately available

With the plugin, you can automatically add additional company data fields (company name, reg. code, VAT number) to the checkout page or select which order data they are related to and automatically send them to the Merit Aktiva environment.
